Another wonderful run yesterday. Relatively painless too.
4.4 c. A veritable heatwave. Much nicer than running in the ice and cold. Even saw a bunch of Cardinals and bluebirds. I’m ready for spring. And run number two. Although there are no snakes and poison ivy in the winter here.

I see some colourful birds on my travels - even in town. A robin is always a cheerful sight, and I’ve been cheered up by the catkins in the hedgerows
