So this year I've run more 5k runs than not and is quickly becoming my standard distance. Up from my usual 20 min 2.5k runs I was doing last year. Granted those were using incline settings too. But to be out the game so long and manage this is a big deal to me.
Just back from the gym now after 3 days laid up in bed with a cold and I feel relieved.
