Really didn't feel it tonight.. but as I rather stupidly signed up for a 10k race (what a muppet I am) I dragged my sorry carcass out the door into the dark but balmy night (4c toasty - no hat tonight).

I decided to try the stamina 5k+ podcast and got to around 26mins before the energiser bunny ran out of gas. Walked for maybe just under a minute and limped towards the 5k. Didn't quite manage the 35mins but did shave 50seconds or so off my last and best 5k so another win for the magic supporthosen
