Week 7 - a challenge in itself!

A very tough week mentally and physically! Not to mention the lovely British Winter!

3 demanding runs on the body! A mental toughness which develops though the week. You feel your legs get stronger, building the stamina with each and every run! Mentally you adjust because you now know what’s coming next.

The reward - the satisfaction of completion,waving goodbye to those extra pounds,clothes that now fit again but most of all feeling fitter and confident again!

Six to go and the tunnel opening is definitely in sight!😉
