W1R1 Off the ... And out the door!

Well, after procrastinating way too long, I got that mental switch on & got out the door! The first hurdle!

For someone who dislikes running, I find the motivational part so hard! In 2016 I got to week 6 of a different C25K app, but got a chest injury through rugby, and the motivation went.

This time I'm hoping this forum will see me over the line!
