I'm giving this program a shot. I just had my first run, which I did on a treadmill. Having no history of running prior to this, I was skeptical but I was moderately comfortable with day 1. I paced myself at 5.7kmph walk and 7.5kmph jogs.
Is it okay to continue this program on a treadmill? I will play around with slightly higher speeds in the coming days.

I started 5 weeks ago on a treadmill and I am now on run 1 of week 6. The roads near me have no pavements and I live in a rural community. The programme seems to work with the treadmill. I have definitely speeded up and my fitness levels have improved. I do intend to run outdoors eventually with my daughter but so far so good on the treadmill.
Good luck
Of course you are fine running on the treadmill. It’s not as much fun but it’s still running. Maybe come outdoors when it’s a bit lighter/warmer?
Those speeds are very good as walk/run speeds on a treadmill for C25K. In fact, identical to what I use You can of course do whatever pace you like - provided that you don't injure yourself (which is very easy to do on legs which are not accustomed to running) and you finish each days task.
