W1R3 completed, and while I’ve power walked outside before In a head wind, never have I ran into a head wind! Wow! Big difference! Pleased to have completed week 1 though👍

Congratulation on completing the first week! Its a mind over matter thing every single run. I did C25K in the wilds of the North Pennines and had to change my mindset pretty quickly. I look at wind and hills as resistance training
