35 minute run

It’s been exactly 3 months since I started the C25K programme and here I am, running for 35 minutes three or four times a week. It was unimaginable 12 weeks ago that I would be running for such long stretches without feeling like I was going to die of a heart attack! I’m not saying it’s a walk in the park but I make it to the end without excessive suffering 😁 what a great Christmas gift to yourself this programme is!
