So after the most frustrating day thanks to the delights of Great Northern trains (again) and a 6am start for a meeting in London at 10.30 that I didn’t get to (with the only reason I wasn’t there last night as I was planning to be due to more cancelled trains) I was very very grumpy. And that is a very polite understatement..... so what did I do - I got home and went for a run - I have been very quiet because after two lay ups with a bad knee I have been pounding the boring treadmill so as to get back to healthy knees but today - I thought what the hell - so I now have only one more 30 min run to go to finish Couch to 5k properly. And my new trail shoes felt good! Feel a lot better now 😂

The joys of getting to those darn meetings..... web casts are so much easier!
Great run, nearly there. Trail shoes mean you can use softer ground, also easier on the knees.
The podium awaits 🏃🏻♀️
