I've struggled this week as I had r1 on Tuesday with snow and ice so took it very slowly now r2 Thursday was hard and stopped twice so do I go r3 and then do an extra run to get back up to speed or do I carry on with w4r1 afterw3r3

The usual advice is if you have a run that you don't complete or doesn't go to plan, to treat it as a practice and do that run again. - It all builds up your fitness and stamina, so don't be discouraged.- You are doing really well. 😀

@Elfe5 is right, you need 3 completed sessions under your belt before moving on. It doesn't matter if it was really tough, just that you didn't stop a running movement in the run sections or a walk movement in the walk sections. However slow! Taking smaller steps can help if you are struggling.
You're doing well, it is a real challenge to keep getting out there at the moment, more than half the battle.
