Keep the faith Claire, the snow will melt, your sinuses will clear and your knee will mend.

How disappointing πŸ˜• I hope you feel better soon and your knee feels better and the snow melts xxx

Ah thanks 😊

Keep smiling Claire - you will soon be banging out the miles again! :-)

Hi Claire, hopefully in a day or two the snow will be but a memory. I've been protecting my sinuses with a buff over my nose and mouth for the first few minutes of some runs lately - seems to help.

Hi Claire, there are a fair few of us sharing the couch with you today because there is just too much snow out there. It is wise to wait in until it's thawed some, as we don't want to be slipping and getting injured. Hope your sinuses clear soon, and your knee will benefit from an extra rest day or two. :-)

Keep your chin up. I guess there's no rush to get the programme done. As many keep saying to me, the running will still be there once all the obstacles have gone.......

Thats very true...but i seem to be a tad obssessed at the moment & its a bit like an itch you cant scratch haha πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Hope you feel better soon.

Commiserations, Claire, Im still grounded too, health and dangerously slippery pavements. We have to believe this is just a blip. My daughter is a week ahead of me. She would have graduated by now but was off for two weeks with an injured ankle. A friend of hers, a very keen runner, ran on a bad ankle and was grounded for six months, so better safe than sorry x
