Big one today ๐Ÿ˜ณ

W5R3 and a echocardiogram to think about ๐Ÿ˜ณ weather bit iffy too ( Iโ€™ve been lucky enough to only run in light drizzle or fine weather so far) Not sure whether to go before scan or after but want to do this run so much as it seems like the one that represents the real progression. Wish me luck and fingers crossed the old ticker is responding to the running and not so enlarged

Good luck, hope you get the results you want. Weather is a bit iffy round here too. I'm a bit of a fair weather runner so am pushing myself to get out it in this!

Yay you. I'm doing this run tomorrow so I'm really encouraged to hear this. Still a bit dubious that even as I sit here the body that managed R2 yesterday is somehow being upgraded to the R3 version but strange things are happening.

Got great news at the scan heart isnโ€™t enlarged and functioning fine today has been really good day and can really look forward to running now and maybe pushing a little harder. Just got high blood pressure to beat and with everyone here and some self determination I know I can do this. Thanks to everyone who liked and replied โœŒ๐Ÿผ

I know but been a bit too easy on myself at my current speed 5k will be closer to 40 minutes not 30 ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜ณ

That's not a problem...speed not important at this stage it's all about the timed runs. You can work on running faster after graduation if you want to.xx
