Good evening my lovelies, well it’s been awhile since I’ve been on here , I’ve been suffering with back pain so I’ve not run for 2 weeks 🤨, so as my back is feeling better I’ve been back to the gym . I only had wk9 to do to graduate! , but I don’t hunk that will be until after Xmas as I’m taking it slow very slow .
I ran for 28 min yesterday but I had to stop for 2 min in between which wasn’t too bad I think 🤔
I’m a little gutted that I haven’t graduated yet but once I get my strength back up it will not be long now 😃, I hope you all had a good run today 👍😃

Well done for getting back! And as Elfe5 and Jan-now-runs said, go gently and steady: back problems mean smooth running... If you can run 28 mns after the interruption, no worries for the 30 mns runs but take your time, relax, and enjoy your runs!
