To all of you struggling through the early weeks honestly do stick with it - this thing WORKS! I had never run before in my life and I found the early weeks hard - I could never imagine running for even 3 minutes without stopping.
Well, I did wk 6 run 3 yesterday which was the 25 minute run and I loved it! I made sure I slowed down a bit and for the first time I didn't feel like I was going to run out of oxygen - I covered 4.8k and could have gone on - I honestly did feel like a proper runner. I'm so so pleased with my progress.

It is amazing and definitely does work. Back in September, I couldn’t run for 2 mins without stopping, today I ran for 46mins without stopping and I loved it 😊
