So after trying for a while to decide what exercise to do on rest days a friend has given me an exercise bike which I am LOVING!! Just done 10k in 20 minutes after work and feel great. I will have to be careful or I may end up getting fit. 😁

I’d love an exercise bike... I love spin classes but my work hours are difficult to allow me to get to classes. Tiny wee flat tho so no space for one 😫
