Brr.. cold nite for w9r1

O it was cold tonight but managed out before roads too icy!! Ended my 30 mins run a bit far away from home as i got carried away with different route😂😂so ended up walk/ run till got to 5km😊but don’t panic slow... slow!!! About 45mins but hey ho i did it & 2 runs to go!!! 😊

I went straight after work before it got too icy as i fell in jan on black ice! Pavements weren’t too bad but omg it was cold!! First time hat, gloves,buff on😱 but great feeling after run😊😊keen to finish this month so keeping a close eye on forecast😊what us runners do😂😂

Hope it stops for your parkrun thats ny next goal a parkrun!! Don’t worry i always take at least 1 days rest & if struggling il take 2 days as i have been so lucky to escape injuries. Well maybe a few aches until ive had my soak in the bath😂

I was going to run tonight, until I came out of work and had to scrape the ice off my car 😱 I took the coward’s way out... home and pyjamas 😂

But thats ok too! I just managed a run before the hard frost got really bad so i was lucky but omg it was cold!!! Puddles frozen over just had to watch pavements for black ice!!!
