I needed to pick up a form from the post office so I ran there and back and round the block for a little extra distance. I would never have thought about running to the local shops (and probably not walking either) before doing C25k. I ran just because I can. Without the support on this forum I doubt I would have had the confidence so thank you everyone x

Good for you! I do this all the time! At Christmas it’s great to Run to

post cards, run to collect parcels, run to Aldi for pies, run to , Lidl for mince pies 🏃‍♀️😃👍✔️
