Hi, quick question. Does anyone know off the top of their head, where the half way point of week 3 Is? Ie how many runs there are?

That's brilliant, thank You! I was worried I wouldn't know when to turn back. Heaven forbid I should be out for longer than necessary Lol!

If you include the 5min warm up and down it is 28 minutes in total.

So 14 minutes in should be right.

Oh, well done, far better than the app - Laura is the best :) There is a track about Julie later on which is a rite of passage :D :D

I hate that track! But like the aches and pains I just have to grit my teeth and run through it.

I love the app! I have Sanjiv Kohli (he of Navid in Still Game fame) as my coach. He’s lovely and you always get a halfway Bell. Check it out! It’s the One You app an NHS and BBC joint thing that you just have working while your own music plays- Sanjiv just chimes in when he needs to!

It’s official title is the One You Couch to 5K. It’s not linked to iplayer; it’s a stand alone app but is backed by NHS and BBC inspired. You’ll know it when you see there’s the option of having Michael Johnson, Jo Wiley, Sarah Millican, or (my fave) Sanjiv Kohli as your coaches!
