Managed to convince myself yesterday that I would wake up, get my running kit on and get back on the tarmac again. I am so glad I did it I was worried that I would struggle (hence the delay tactics over the last month) but it was FANTASTIC. Loved every minute of it. It was a beautiful morning and it set me up with heaps of endorphins for the rest of the day. Why did I leave it so long? I am now determined to finish week 5 and start week 6 this Sunday. And who knows, maybe graduate in time for Xmas?
