Week 5 run 1 after at least a month off

Managed to convince myself yesterday that I would wake up, get my running kit on and get back on the tarmac again. I am so glad I did it :) I was worried that I would struggle (hence the delay tactics over the last month) but it was FANTASTIC. Loved every minute of it. It was a beautiful morning and it set me up with heaps of endorphins for the rest of the day. Why did I leave it so long? I am now determined to finish week 5 and start week 6 this Sunday. And who knows, maybe graduate in time for Xmas?

Oh good job getting back! Keep it slow! It's normal to feel week 5 and 6 nerves, come here and post if you do, we'll help out!
