I’ve just joined the gym so I can continue running now it’s too dark when I get home to my middle of nowhere home. Treadmill running is so different though but I’m pleased to be back getting some miles in my legs albeit fast ones due to a muddle between k and mph! Hopefully get an outdoor run in at the weekend and treadmill again in the week ready for a 2nd parkrun on 25th. Nice to feel the buzz again. 😊
