Be careful what your pray for. After the muddy run on Wednesday today's frost solved the problem. It was jolly cold though.
I changed my route to explore the fields a bit more and ended up running out of the field. I didn't feel like doing the circuit again so out I went. The last half was pounding the pavement which my knees really don't like.
The stamina podcast is perfect for me. 30 minutes of running is where I am at for the moment and trying to keep regular pace is good training.
C25K has me moving three times a week, is free and I'm loving the outdoors.
