Nearly there now - one more week - scary! Found week 8 harder. Legs felt heavy. But pressed on and completed. Albeit slow jog. Guess thing will get easier. Legs are getting toned though π at least up to the knees!! But I think thighs are getting biggerπ±

Wow 3 more runs to go and you've done it. I agree with you on the toned legs bit. My legs have definitely become firmer. I've lost almost 6 kg in weight also too and I haven't been dieting. Makes me wonder how much weight I could've lost if I watched what I ate since starting this programme back in September.

No weight loss for me π’ even though have been eating healthier. Disappointed π. Did have an all inclusive holiday though (6lbs on and then off again )!!π
Don't worry. I'm sure you're full of leg muscles now and muscle weighs more than fat, so that'll be the reason. βΊ
I was 113kg when I started and so any exercise at that point would help me to shed afew pounds. They do say heavier people lose weight quicker than lighter people and I have a whole heap to lose.
Hopefully now we're running longer, we will start to slowly shed afew more pounds too.
