Felt great today, so much better than wk7r2. Once again the plan has come up trumps. I remember being dubious about wk5r3 and wk6r3 and Laura describing the transition to solid blocks of running. But it has worked!
I did have a bit of a pull in my left calf muscle and had to ease back a bit after the half way mark . I now want to invest in a really decent set of trainers around the £100 to £150 mark has anyone got any solid advice on the best pairs out there?
