Three weeks to the day since I pulled the knee - been keeping on in the gym and doing strengthening exercises from the Physio and so I started at Week 6 Run 1 - and it was easy so that’s good. Think I’ll just carry on from there - won’t do any harm eh? So happy to be back running :-). Got two new pairs of shoes too - new running ones and trail ones for my weekend run 😁
