This morning I tried the Stamina podcast for my Graduation + 1 run. I was happy with the warm up and the length of run. Then Laura says we'll finish with a sprint!! Yikes.
I loved it. The music, the pacing and familiar running coach with extra tips. The time flew by and I didn't even hear the end of the run part to start my warm down walk.
The sprint? Well it wasn't as bad as I thought. It followed on effortlessly (seamlessly I think is a better description as there was a slight gradient at this point) I just followed the programme.
I'm so glad I had this one ready to go. It was such a joy to run this morning
