Feeling proud, have completed week 1 and seem to be going further each time so guess my pace is picking up. Found it tough this morning though, as body felt tired. Looking forward to a couple of days rest now before starting week 2.

Don’t bother about pace or anything else. It’s just about nailing the session. Slower is best for this caper
