Hi all week 5 run 3 is almost here ( Thursday) I had a really good run this morning and I’m really enjoying it . I’m still following lighter life ( I’ve got 4 weeks to go on it) I’ve lost a total of 36lb doing the plan. Couch25k has really got me going and the idea is to continue once I’ve finished lighter life and go back to regular food ( but healthier options) to maintain and get fitter ! X
