Bone growth

I didn't realize that, just as my heart, lungs and legs are getting stronger with each week, so too are my bones. At the end of only week six I imagine they are nowhere near the bone mass and strength of someone who has been running for months or years. The ache of bones growing is something that really takes me back to my childhood.

It never occurred to me before starting, that it was weight-bearing and that so it would really make your bones stronger! But it's incredible.

Well done on week 6!
