Hi folks,

I have Beats wireless earbuds which I like & he has Bose (not wireless) -thinking of buying him some wireless and seeing mixed reviews online I was hoping any of you music loving folks could help guide me please. What do you use and what do u like about them?

Also Flipbelt-any good?

He has plenty of sportswear & good running shoes so doesn’t need anything to wear but any other suggestions would be good -he has November birthday too 🙈

Looking forward to reading responses x

I can't offer an opinion on wireless earbuds, but wanted to say I LOVE my flipbelt 😍💕

I have heard some complain that their flipbelt rides up but I don't have that issue. I ended up buying a size smaller than I thought because that was the size the store had. I think it was a good thing though because it fits snugly over my hips (but still comfortably so) and doesn't move at all during my run. I'm also hoping in winter running, my phone will continue to work since it is up against my hot body, under all my clothes 😆

I’ve got Bose soundsport Bluetooth headphones they are pretty indestructible My husband has some as well and he sweats a lot on them and they continue to work. He’s also pretty fussy about the quality of sound and is happy with them. He also uses a run belt (spibelt) which fits his phone.

How about a subscription to Mens Running Magazine or something similar? I had a year of Women's Running for an xmas present, its been brilliant, every month another bit of tbe gift!

If he is a Bose fan, as is my hubby, beware moving away from Bose. Usually their sound systems are so good , once a fan always a fan.

Depending on your budget you could give him an IOU to pay for his next few race entries. Or enter him into one he's talked about for ages.

What about a day's cookery course? We runners are always going on about nutrition. I got my hubby one a few years ago (he's a sports gladiator) and he loved it so much he now does all the cooking 🤗

Win/win 😋

thanks everyone, I'm going for the Bose and a subscription, will check out Flipbelt when in Leeds this weekend. IrishPrincess race entries no good-he is very much a solitary runner-wont even do Park run with me! Cookery course -hwe does all the cooking and thinks he's an expert LOL! to be fair he does lots of healthy meals but thanks for ideas :)
