Not really managin to ppst every day of my (lack of) progress. So yesterday, I thought to repeat W6R1, but the day decided differently. Today, no.chance of running, as straight after work, I'm going for a gag in Birmingham. I hope I will have enough strength to do my run tomorrow.

My goal this week: run at leat twice.

Have a lovely day and enjoy your run or reat day.

Morning IgaT ...it’s always good to read your posts whenever you get out there...life gets in the way , we all know that so when you do eventually get out there next i will look forward to hearing all about it, I love reading everyone’s running experiences...don’t forget, if you don’t feel 5 minutes is enough to warm up, take a bit longer like me at the moment...slowly does it

You have a lovely day too x

If I'm running after work I have around 30 min dynamic walk with my dog as a warm-up, before my clock starts ;)

I was thinking about longer warm-ups when I'll get to the stage of longer runs (>20min).

Cheers

Good idea...you’re covering some distance there then if you’re doing 30 mins with your furry friend too! Enjoy your next outing
