Week 1 run 2 done!

Well I've managed my second run. This time I increased my speed and incline on the treadmill. It was harder but still manageable. My legs felt like lead initially but I felt better as I went on. I'm feeling quite positive about it at the moment but realise I've got a long way to go. My next run won't be until Tuesday as I work 12 hour shifts so there will be no way I'm doing it after being on my feet all day. I'm goin to try and do my runs with a days rest between each but due to my shift patterns it won't always be possible. I'm hoping I can find a way around it anyway. 😁

Running works when you fit it around your lifestyle. If you find the right fit now you will be more likely to keep going after graduation, so if that means wiggling your runs about and taking longer than 9 weeks it will be really worth it In The future.
