I completed the Bury Parkrun yesterday. This time last year I would never have thought it possible but here it is. Yes I’m sweaty, red and it’s not the most flattering of shots but who cares? I love it!

Nowton country park. Some beautiful woodland to run through. Cold though! I’ve ordered some winter running gear!

Love it, fab pic, I'm always red faced, red shouldered, red chested haha, I don't care anymore. I mean sometimes, I'm really red and I think it looks horrible, but it can't be helped.

Fab work there, wish I could have joined you, though I couldn't have talked much, as I can't talk and run. That would be a blessing for many though, haha 🤣🤣
