Wow early start for a Saturday. Now that’s dedication. Was in Brighton today and can report the weather was lovely, warm and sunny and the sea like a mill pond. Beautiful on the seafront .. hope you enjoy your time there and squeeze in a seaside run.

And 5am is dedicated, I have got up a few times at 5:30 to fit a run in, that's bad enough!

No never in a million years 🤣 l have a stressful job and lm finding it very therapeutic in for the first time ever (56yrs) to have found something that shuts my day and worries away for a short while. Im then more able to deal with them and be thankful. Hope that makes sense. 😀
