If so, what sort of speed in kmph do you use for the brisk walk, and also for the run?

Hi!
I am an enthusiastic treadmill user (I like being able to see times as I run). I normally run at 6.5kph and walk at 5.0kph. For the past few runs I've found myself needing to drop to 4kph during the walks, which makes me think I need to backtrack a bit and repeat some earlier runs to get my endurance up.

I did it on a treadmill and walked at 5.5 km/h and jogged at 7 km/h. Just do it at whatever speed you are comfortable with. You can always speed up later if you want to but it is hard if you try to go too fast at the start and wear yourself out. Also bear in mind that your height and leg length will make a difference!
