Hiccup

Well week 2 started OK and went rapidly downhill. Didn't expect miracles but 90 seconds of running seems to be too much for me. So this week I'm doing a repeat of week 2. Much better today. Still can't run all of it but did manage 60 seconds on the last 2 runs. Hopefully by Friday I should be able to run it all

Well done for persevering Lizzj. If you are struggling try and slow down some more but try and keep going to the end if you possibly can. Trust the program and you'll get there. Good luck. ;0)

If I slow down any more, I'll be going backwards😊. Just struggling with tight calf muscles. I'm a wagon driver, sit all day, so probably need to stretch out more at the start
