W2R1 well that was a bit of a chore. Was really looking forward to another run but lost my enthusiasm as the day went on. I had an easy day at work and managed to get straight out when I got home. It wasn't raining and it was still light so I should've been having a fantastic time but I just didn't. I didn't find it too hard just think my mind wasn't in it today. The app told me to match my breathing to 4 steps which confused me as I am inhaling and exhaling a lot faster than that I think! Oh well at least I did it and can tick it off the list 😐

Some runs just aren't that great. Hope you enjoy your next run more.

I remember that comment about breathing to 4 steps. There was no way I could do it then (I was kind of gasping with every step!). I'm just about to start Wk8 and reckon last week was the first week I was breathing in a rhythm like that.
Some runs are just better than others - think it depends on what's going on in your head.
Bet the next one will be great!
