Hi I'm new with twingy knees

Just started week 6 which I'm thrilled about but the knees twinge at the front annoyingly. I'm 57and have twingy knees anyway but have been doing strengthening exercises before going out, which seem to help. I'm just concerned with the runs taking a step up... does anyone relate to this? I love it and feel quite emotional about being able to do this.

Hi im a wee but older at 60😊& can relate to both the knee problem & the emotions of running. I read in a post the other night about strengthening exercises on rest days so i am going to try harder to do these each night! nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
