Well done NinkyNoo. Yes it will get more challenging now but you weren't sure you could run for 60 seconds without stopping a few weeks ago and you could. This program is marvelous, it builds you steadily and you will surprise yourself when you achieve each milestone. Keep going you are doing really well.

Are you stretching after your runs? If so maybe you are going a bit too hard for the start so slow down a tad.

Nope just do the warm up walk and cool down walk? Lol xxx

That may be partly why your legs hurt so much then lol.

Try some stretches after your warm down walk and you should feel an improvement ;0)

Oh no don't be saying that I've got my sesh 1 of week 3 tomorrow !!! Gona push thru it one way or the other rain or shine or WIND !! Keep it up Hun I'm on your heals lol 😀

Ahhh it’s not as bad as I’m making it. I just get achey muscles half way through lol xxx

But isn't it a blast to see how you are steadily knocking off those minutes? :)

Just wait until you can "casually" announce to your friends that you are running in a 5k fundraiser or something :)

Take it all nice and easy, slow and steady at your own pace and you will be a Graduate :). If ever feeling discouraged, read the beginner posts of some of us Graduates who can truly be counted among the "Unlikly to be Runners" ;)

Thank you. Yes it feels amazing after every session I always get home and tell my partner. I ran this today at this speed for this amount of time.

He’s a bit of a fitness freak but very supportive and keeps me motivated and even comes and runs with me if we manage to get to the gym together
