At lunchtime today I managed to complete W2R3. Gosh it was hard. I was slower than my previous outings and I feel as though I have been hit hard on the stomach. However I have completed two weeks of the programme. I just hope I feel better about next week when it comes round.

I felt the same at the end of week 2 and didn’t think week 3 was going to happen... but it did and things did get easier... good luck

Well done.. but slow down and try to relax.. it sounds as if you are holding yourself tensely... which many of us did in the early runs..... some of us..( me and a couple of others.. ) even holding our breath...until the runs got too long
Breathe gently and try to land lightly... try to relax and just move along
Trust the programme.. do your rest day exercises and have faith that every single run will make you stronger

W6R1 done today. It was HARD! I don’t know why! Did my 20 min run a few days ago fairly comfortably.
