Week 10...

My first week after graduating and 'consolidation' has been the keyword. Tempting as its been to push on I've stuck with 3 x 30 minute runs, but picked a couple of new routes to keep it interesting.

Run 2 was dark, wet and windy and took in a steep 300 metre climb as a tester. I didn't half huff and puff going up it, but I made it and continued on to complete the run. Got a couple of 'soakers' from unseen puddles as well.

Out this morning for run 3 ahead of the scarily named storm Brian. I repeated last weeks graduation route and managed an extra 100 metres within the 30 minutes, which was a nice little bonus.

Happy running all, but watch out for Brian!😨

Well done... consolidation is the thing.. also try some shorter and longer runs alongside the 30 minute ones:) Great fun.

Brian is outside here.. very loud and very gusty.. 60 to 70mph..also very wet !!!
