Wk2 run 1 done

Well week 1 lasted a bit longer than it should but I just made it through the first of wk2 and I liked the running tips, heel first felt comfortable but I couldn't master the breathing I was too knackered to count 😂

Well done for sticking with it. I couldn't get the breathing right at first but I think I'm getting there now.

Just breathe.. like you do every day... slow down if it is a struggle:) Well done you... :)

I found that breathing tip really unhelpful and I gather that I am not alone in that. Like Oldfloss says - just breathe - it will sort itself out. I am in week 5 now and have been refusing to let myself think about breathing for 3 weeks now which seems to work well for me. 😄
