I was so proud of myself reaching Wk3 last time but then I went on holiday and ground to a halt!
Restarted and just finished week 2.
Has anyone else restarted? Also I seem to have to give a big sigh or yawn between runs, almost needing to expand my lungs and get some air in before I start running again - is this normal?!!

I finished the podium indoors on a treadmill but I have now joined a running club and started again from the beginning outdoors with them. I find running outdoors so much harder so starting again has been brilliant - now on week 5. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you keep running
