After completing week6 on Friday I was so happy and ready for week 7. But over the weekend I had a flare up of my auto immune illness - it's really mind over matter to keep going so I had 3 days off, only did 6000 steps each day. So it was real grit and determination to get on and start week 7, as I know from the past I needed to carry on today or I would just give up. So off I went down the canal side at lunchtime and I sort of enjoyed it, even managed to increase the pace for the last 5 mins as jo suggested. Though doing this and using my Fitbit I know my body is fit and working well, it's just convincing the hormones in the brain that I am!

Well done, I understand that feeling. If I haven't been exercising my arthritis kicks in again and I ache all over. It is such a push to get out there again, but so worth it afterwards. Glad your determination won out In The end. 😀
