Started couch to 5k on the 11th August, have repeated a couple of weeks due to work commitments. Have never run before( not even on a treadmill) I have a 5K run to do in November. Have found the training fairly easy( taken it slowly) and hope to keep it up after I’ve graduated.

I hope you will. It would be a shame to embark on a fitness regime such as this and then lose the skill. A run is easy enough to slot into everyday life and will keep you in good health for years to come 🙂
