Back to the park for this run. Warm up walk went well but I felt the rear of my thighs were a bit stiff. I'm going to take a look at the 'Flex & Strength' routines for my rest days.

I started incorporating Flex & Strength in Week 2, very glad I'm doing both. Alternating between the two has made my mornings (when I exercise) consistent and given me the rest days in between (Saturday's my day to actually sleep in and hang out with my family!) I highly recommend the Flex & Stretch. You can also use these nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... Keep it up, you'll be amazed at what you can do over the course of the programme!!
