W9R1 - finding my happy pace

Who knew that the best runs would be waiting for us at the end of the programme? I'm still floating on air after my favourite run so far - it was a gorgeous morning and I turned left rather than right in the woods, finding a much longer stretch of level-ish paths with lots of scampering squirrels. 🐿 The first five minutes were still lumpy but then I found what OldFloss has called my happy pace and truly enjoyed running, probably for the first time. I'll be honest, the last ten minutes were hard and, since I'm still measuring my runs by the number of tracks rather than using the app, I ran until the end of the 8th track. It turns out that I ran for more like 33 mins - and to think that I struggled to run for an extra minute in W1!

Hoping everyone finds their happy pace! 😃
