Good run, beautiful morning

R1Wk5 done! Not a bad run at all, enjoyed the view across the lake and my breathing has sorted itself out now, I just don’t think about it. Concentrate in slow but steady pace and keeping those legs moving. As MJ said look how well you are doing and what an achievement from 60 sec runs at the start! One happy chicken

Well done, DBlou! Glad you have your breathing sorted - I think that happened for me around weeks 4/5 too.
