Unstoppable

I did my first run after completing the program and was able to do the 5k, it took me nearly 50 minutes but I was determined to go the distance this morning. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits and seriously thinking about checking out the local Parkrun on Saturday. So very grateful for the C25K podcasts for getting me here and giving me the confidence to go for it. Have a great day everyone 😀

Do it! ... Parkrun is great ... and you'll probably surprise yourself with how well you get on.

Very well done for completing C25k and running 5k on you first post graduation run, a fantastic achievement.

Now get registered with Parkrun, print off your barcode and get down there on Saturday. I'll be running my local Parkrun on Saturday so will be with you in spirit!
