Back to week one but unfazed

After weeks of boring medical issues that stopped any exercise I tried continuing with week 4....😳 I realise I’ll have to start again with week one but, hey, it happens and I’m not deflated.

I’ll look for a local 5km road run I can enter in 3 month’s time.

Thanks for all the posts. They’re so encouraging and realistic.

And the great news is that you already know you can achieve weeks 1, 2 and 3 as you've done it already.

Take it slow and easy as you recover and welcome home.

It's great that you're determined to keep going, even going back to W1 to do it. That is a brilliant attitude and you know that helps in the programme. Good luck and happy running, am looking forward to reading your 5k run post...
