Morning everyone just finished w4r3
I've got to say I'm finding it hard now to run the last sections , my legs are feeling so heavy to lift don't know what's going on . But I did it so I'm pleased 😁 with that -----

Very well done...
Firstly, slow down.. mainly start slow and stay slow... you may feel that you are going slowly, but there is always slower
Try, and it is difficult to take everything in, to land lightly..kiss the ground gently with your feet... you may be, as many of us did, in the runs in the early weeks, be thumping down a tad too hard.
Are you doing your strength and stamina exercise on rest days too. As the runs get longer, the rest of your body has to keep up with your legs Walking could be a really good one for you and maybe try these;

You are doing so well, now just move on gently Brilliant!
Well done.
Maybe see what difference an extra rest day makes. Be sure to take on fluids regularly throughout the day, every day, running or not.
Slow, slow, slower oh and did we mention slow. As a fellow ground thumper I know it is hard to alter your step, but taking it slower does help you focus on your footprint.
Nonetheless despite heavy legs you did the run. Well done you, enjoy your rest day or days if you need more than one and face W5 with heart and unheavy legs...
